Description Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) causes chronic respiratory disease of domestic poultry. Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) causes disease of the joints, bones and respiratory systems of poultry. Mycoplasma meleagridis (MM) primarily affects turkeys, causing disease of the musculoskeletal and respiratory systems. It can also cause poor growth rate and reproductive problems. MG and MS are OIE listed whereas MM is not.
