| Description |
Maedi-visna (MV) and caprine arthritis-encephalitis (CAE) are persistent lentivirus infections of sheep and goats and are often grouped together as the small ruminant lentiviruses (SRLVs). Maedivisna is also known to as ovine progressive pneumonia (OPP). |
